Welcome to the Feelings Fitness Podcast. Let's flash back to 2023, when we took a 52 week road trip together to discuss home health, happiness and habits. We created a road trip to work towards feeling fit mind, body and spirit. Now we'll revisit those 52 weeks in just 52 days. There are many more adventures in store for 2024, but let's look back on how far we've come and set ourselves up for more success. It's the end of this 52 week road trip, but there's also a new beginning right around the corner. We will process 2023 and more adventures are in store for 2024.

Looking back, we've covered a lot of ground in these 52 weeks, these 365 days together We've journeyed through home, health, happiness and habits. You are hopefully feeling more fit in mind, body and spirit than you were at the start. Sometimes there was a lot of gas in our tank and sometimes we needed to stop and refuel. Sometimes we were full speed ahead and other times we needed to slow down. Sometimes we could put it in cruise control and just coast. Other times we needed to be fully alert. Point being each week, even each day, always has great potential to feel different than the one before. Some days are great and others it takes a tune up to get back on track. Are you catching all the car analogies? Yep, we were on a road trip together and I enjoyed every minute of it, so it goes without saying I'm excited to continue.

We'll layer upon what we already know. We'll use the lessons that we've learned along the way to give us the momentum we need to become even better than ever. First, we'll take a look back, starting on January 1,. You'll hear a replay from 2023. It will be 52 weeks in 52 days. Then we will reboot with new content that simply layers upon what we've already learned. Same format home health, happiness, with all the habits that go along with each, but upgraded from feelings fitness 101 to feelings fitness 201.
